Delivery Policy
At DMV Flower, we take pride in ensuring your floral arrangements are delivered fresh and on time.
Below is an outline of our delivery policies:
Delivery Locations
Currently, we are only taking online orders for orders delivering to VA, MD, and DC. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM local time.
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery window is between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Sunday.
While we do our best to meet your requested delivery time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and the type of delivery service selected
Express and same-day delivery options are available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
$3 WILL BE ACCURED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL 5 MILES DRIVEN PAST 20 MILES
FOR RUSHED DELIVERIES A $19.99 RUSHED FEE WILL APPLY
FOR SCHEDULED DELIVERIES A FEE OF $12.99 WILL APPLY WITHIN 20 MILE RADIUS OF OUR PACKAGING FACILITY
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send you an email confirmation. For business addresses, please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below:
Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or do not meet quality expectations.
To request a refund or replacement, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the product.
Order Cancellations
TERMS & CONDITIONS
I. When your order from DMV Flower you enter into a legally binding contract. The agreement applies to the products and services we provide.
II. You must be 16 years old to purchase products on our website. When purchasing products, you agree to our terms and conditions.
III. Delivery
1. We do not deliver flowers or other products for orders less than $50
2. 2PM local time is the cut off for same day deliveries
3. Orders after 2PM will be delivered the following business day
4. Delivery hours are typically 9am to 7pm local time
5. Delays
- We will make every effort to contact you
6. Undeliverable Locations
- These are not limited to cemeteries, cruise ships, airport terminals, post office boxes, remote locations and rural locations.
7. Non-Delivery / Late Delivery
- Some conditions are outside our control road closures, traffic conditions, lack of access to the delivery address and weather conditions.
Incorrect or insufficient address provided.
These orders will be rescheduled at the next available delivery time or date.
8. If there is no response upon delivery, florist will call the recipient if no response florist will leave at the door. If there is a security concern, if the weather is inclement or there is a exterior temperature concern the order will be taken back to the shop and will go out for re-delivery the following business day.
IV. Any orders refused by the addressee/recipient will not be refunded
